I don't know why some people block. but I have blocked many
not because I don't want to here opinions that differ from my own but because they are offensive or mean and those that want to force me to accept the things that I know to be un-Godly. I stay away from people like that when I am not on yahoo so I figure I should stay away from them on here. I am a Christian and you know we Christians don't always agree on everything. thats hard enough with out adding the people that only want to destroy Christ in us.
I don't block atheists or people from other religions because they are not Christians. I only block people that seem to hate the Truth and are attacking in nature. that means that I have even blocked some that say they are Christian. debating is one thing trying to destroy ones faith is another.

Hopefully, it would depend on if the Christian is logically answering the question and supporting their answers. If they are not, and simply raving about the person's user name, I would block them myself. If they are being logical and defending their opinions in a civilized manner, they are being blocked because the questioner is guilty of the same blanket censoring they are rebelling against.

Because some people will ask or answer questions with belligerance and stupidity- and she tends to frown on that.
Its doubtful she's the only one blocking you.
edit: You're not new here- you know full well how we are about blocking people. You have to EARN that.

I've never found "Slave of 12 gods" guilty of either blocking OR of being afraid of the "Truth".
This BS of "Blocking" & "Reporting" is going on in BOTH factions, however. BOTH truly need to cease & decist.
IF your faith, or lack thereof, IS the "True" faith, then it will stand "on it's OWN two feet", without the aid of your Reporting & Blocking.

Maybe you should mail her and ask her this privately, rather than plastering it all over a message board.
She's a lovely lady, so it's my opinion that if she blocked you, there is a reason.
EDIT: Ray states that she has just been deleted, so I'm sure her reasons for blocking people are justified.
EDIT 2: Ray, I decided to see if her mail was open, so that Stephen could ask her this in private. All I get is that the information I am looking for is no longer available, so I think she was just now deleted again.

When you find yourself blocked, you should look at some of your past correspondence before claiming the blocker is afraid of you.
Perhaps they find no value in your answers and rhetoric, or perhaps you are deemed an @hole.
I find I am blocked by people who find my answers offensive or too long, or too challenging to their faith.
Why would a loving Christian be blocked?

she probably thinks you're a report monkey. i read all of her questions, and she has never demonstrated any kind of prejudice. i've noticed that she's had some deletions recently. i'd be pretty careful, too.
