no such place exists really...
because what most good breeders do is advertise BEFORE they breed their dogs - in dog magazines.. then when they have a waiting list (and down payments confirming interest) then they breed the dog... this is where the BEST buyers look always...
the other place good buyers look is at local shelters... these are the people looking for a dog but not wanting to support puppy millers or back yard breeders....
thus the remaining people are mediocre to bad...
first off... NEVER sell a pup that isnt vaccinated, dewormed, and health checked - all these should be done at least 2 days prior to the pups leaving your home...
Big pups are not nearly in as much demand as small pups... so you must keep prices lower especially if they are not registered...
NOW - that leaves a few places to advertise... the internet isnt the best place as it attracts annonymous people... people who may only want pups for the purpose of reselling them to research labs or who knows where...
some vets will allow posters, and some shops will too.. but the vet is prefered... NEVER put posters up in shops - these will attract people who see the ad but are not looking for a dog - and they simply get one on a whim without researching the breed to make sure its right for them
the newspaper is an acceptable option but you MUST screen people... DO NOT sell a pup to somebody who isnt willing to give you their phone number and address..do not sell to somebody who doesnt have a fenced yard or who is a renter unless they can prove landlord approval..
