ok , i know i gonna sound quite stupid, but...please be gentle.?

I just got a digital camera samsung L830 and i was wondering for how long...o how long does it take for the battery to be charged...is it till the light turns green on the charger? i dont understand much about these things and it seems to be taking a long time,,is now charging for a couple of hours...thanks

yeah, wait for the green light, and it MAY take longer the first time you charge it.

Have you given any thought to looking in the cameras manual for your answer? You might be absolutely amazed at the information contained therein.
