No1 The bible teaches the truth,
-Actually the Bible says that the church is the pillar and foundation of truth (1 Tim 3:15)-

religion is different, it teaches man made doctrines that change often,
-the doctrines of the Church Christ founded are true doctrines of God which have NEVER CHANGED (been decided that they weren't true or false) once declared true. Look into the history of Catholic doctrines.

"The Church, in her life and teaching, is thus revealed as "the pillar and bulwark of the truth" (1 Tm 3:15), including the truth regarding moral action." --John Paul II, Encyclical Letter Veritatis Splendor

"Trust the Church of God implicitly even when your natural judgment would take a different course from hers and would induce you to question her prudence or correctness. Recollect what a hard task she has; how she is sure to be criticized and spoken against, whatever she does; recollect how much she needs your loyal and tender devotion; recollect, too, how long is the experience gained over so many centuries, and what a right she has to claim your assent to principles which have had so extended and triumphant a trial. Thank her that she has kept the faith safe for so many generations and do your part in helping her to transmit it to generations after you...O long sought-after desire of the eyes, joy of the heart, the truth after many shadows, the fullness after many foretastes, the home after many storms--come to her, poor wanderers, for she it is, and she alone, who can unfold the meaning of your being and the secret of your destiny." --John Henry Newman

"The Catholic Church possesses one and the same faith throughout the whole world, as we have already said (St. Iranaeous, Against Heresies 1:10 [A.D. 189]).

"Since therefore we have such proofs, it is not necessary to seek the truth among others which it is easy to obtain from the Church; since the apostles, like a rich man [depositing his money] in a bank, lodged in her hands most copiously all things pertaining to the truth: so that every man, whosoever will, can draw from her the water of life. For she is the entrance to life; all others are thieves and robbers. On this account we are bound to avoid them, but to make choice of the things pertaining to the Church with the utmost diligence, and to lay hold of the tradition of the truth. For how stands the case? Suppose there should arise a dispute relative to some important question among us. Should we not have recourse to the most ancient churches with which the apostles held constant intercourse, and learn from them what is certain and clear in regard to the present question? For how should it be if the apostles themselves had not left us writings? Would it not be necessary [in that case] to follow the course of the tradition which they handed down to those to whom they did commit the churches? (St. Iranaeous, Against Heresies)."

No1 The bible teaches the truth, religion is different, it teaches man made doctrines that change often, what is OK for today might not be so in a year from now, what God hates, man has said its OK, only look to Jesus Christ for direction and not man.

yes, the bible teaches that the truth is relative to each individual, because my dear Lord Jesus is the Truth, the word of God incarnate, and he is relative to each individual as their savior and Lord and God. But even Jesus is not the defender and standard of truth: the bible says the Church is the pillar and foundation of truth in the letter of Paul to Timothy.

The defender and standard of truth is the Catholic Church, the Church Jesus founded.

No. The bible teaches that it alone is the truth.

A book to be avoided at all costs by anyone with an obsessive personality, or a low IQ.

The bible teaches itself as truth, but is a very unreliable source.
