Was i being an jerk?
twouys came to the gym with their sister,girlfriend(of the one guy)They aren't particularly fond of me because of tension i've had with her(she's persian so it's a different culture)and various incidents.They were in one section working out and i basically stayed near them in that section and glanced at them from time to time and i wouldn't venture too much out of there.Eventually the guy looked at me when my back was turned.Do you think they were annoyed?I don't take crap from anyone although i wasn't trying to start anything i stayed steadfast in the areain.(i continued to work out,but kept my eye on them as well).I didn't go anywhere near the girl though.She looked like she may have wanted to talk but i just ignored her.But anyway,about the two guys,why were they giving me those vibes?

With respects, I wonder if you're being a bit too sensitive about everything. If you like music and are physically fit and athletic I'm wondering if you should not maybe think about trying something like a Jazz Dance class in the New Year in addition to the gym, you might find the people a bit more creative and broad-minded? Just a suggestion, no offence, in the meantime all the very best to you for 2008!

Yes you were being a jerk. You stayed by them even though you could have worked out in other areas. You say you weren't trying to start anything, but you are only kidding yourself. Do you have eyes in the back of your head? If not, how do you know they were looking at you when your back was turned? Neat trick.Why were they giving you those vibes? Because you were acting like a jerk. You were watching them, (or you wouldn't know all that you have said) which probably made them uncomfortable. It sounds to me like you need to grow up, not bulk up.

You know you were being a racist and obnoxious. Why start trouble. What do you have against other cultures and races??? Look into yourself and try to figure out why you hate and are intimidated by people not like yourself. This world is made up of many others and that is the way god wanted the world to be.

You were being extremely rude and a total nuisance, and they reacted that way because they wanted to be ready in case you picked a fight with them. Why in the world would you have a problem with the girl's ethnicity?

men. guys have two heads and sometimes the little head and the big head forget who's REALLY in charge and then things get really ignorant. you dont have any obligation to vacate anywhere that they happen to be unless theres a restraining order in place. lets hope nothing happens that will make one necessary.

It's called paranoia. I think you probably feel bad about what happened, and it's your conscience playing on it. I doubt they were giving off any "vibes" of their own.

I think your own guilty conscience was giving you those "vibes". You obviously pulled something that was unacceptable and you knew it....they probably couldn't figure you out any more than you can figure yourself out.
