An eternal depth of time and torment gets my vote. Failing to exist, you won't even know.

Ceasing to exist is more humane than eternal depth and time or torment. The answer is obvious eternal torment is worse.
In catholic a person who would have otherwise been a very good person would still go to hell if he died in state of mortal sin, such as not attending mass for the week and haven't received a confession of such sin before dying.
That's all the options to your question, so heaven is not a valid answer. And disbelief in eternal torment and belief in ceasing to exist is not a valid argument either.

It depends. If you cease to exist but have had the opportunity to "exist" (what is existence anyway?) before, ceasing to exist may be the "worst". An eternal depth...like falling into a never ending chasm (I'm not sure if I used the word right...) while still conscious the entire time? I wouldn't want that. Ceasing to exist is looking better all the time. The lonliness of falling for eternity is kind of...yeah. And a time of torment...it depends, once again. A time of physical pain or emotional? (I don't know how anything could be worse than falling for eternity.) And how long is this time? (I'm offering more questions than answers.) This question is something that one can answer for oneself. (Opinions differentiate, after all.)

it hinges on whether your soul is "conscious" during the eternal depth and time of torment. Ceasing to exist, unless you believe in an after-life during which your sould is cognizant of your previous existence and current state of being, is the most likely "end" that we all face. However, eternal torment is only "bad" if the same cognizant soul truly exists.

An enternal depth and time of torment would be worse because if you no longer exist, what does it matter anyway?

Eternal torment is definitely worse.

Well, I already believe that I will cease to exist when I die, so an eternity of torture (or the alternative) would be quite surprising and disappointing indeed.

I'd rather cease to exist than to worship something for eternity.

Ceasing to exist would be the same state you were in before you were born, and that wasnt so bad, was it?
