That sounds really nice. You aren't asking her to date you again & you aren't pointing the blame at her.
I would run it through spellcheck & grammar check to clean it up a little before you send it out. While you don't have to have perfect grammar/spelling, it makes it look nicer & gets your sentiment across much more efficiently.

I made some corrections on some spellings and capitalization, punctuation and add some stuff. But it would be better if you placed some examples of what each statement means like an example on the hard feelings and stuff. Don't worry, she'll love this when you made this by heart. But don't date her much again... Nothing more, nothing less!!!

That would be cool unless you guys all-ready had a sexual thing going then it would be rejection but with a pretty frame...but still rejection. You would do better to forgive yourself and open your arms to her if its a romantic situation. If not then be prepared for her to go either way, she could talk to you but I think you both know that if you dont talk all the time your just going to fade away and your intrests will wane with no hope of a deeper connection...good luck hun.-Rachel.

That's really nice. I'd be happy if a guy sent that to me. She may still be a bit off with you for a while, but I'm sure something as nice as that will make her smile, even if she doesn't admit that.

Leave out the part about "In know how you feel about me." Does this mean "I know you love me"? If so thsi sounds arrogant. If this means "I know you hate me" It is best not to say it. And leave about the part about being friends if you really want more than fiendship. That would send mixed messages.
