Thaw and cook all the meat without seasoning. You can refreeze the cooked meat in a ziplock style bag for up to 3 months. Then, you don't even have to cook it, just add it into the recipe.

NO!
Do not refreeze after thawing. You can cook it and freeze.
If you have a meat saw, you can cut the mass into smaller pieces.
A new clean fine tooth metal blade would do it. Cleanse the blade in very hot water first.

You can thaw it just enough to cut it, then re-freeze. The guiding principle here is that if the meat still has some ice crystals in it, it is safe to re-freeze. If it has been completely thawed out-it must be cooked before being re-frozen.

Yes. As long as it is not totally thawed, you should be okay. Use a frozen food knife, if you have one (it's long and serrated) but be very careful. You can also cook it if it thaws too thoroughly and freeze that. Well wrapped, the frozen uncooked meat should be good for about three months; cooked, a little longer.

I would say it should be fine. I know a person who sometimes eats raw hamburger with a spoon because she "craves" it. If she is still alive I believe you will survive eating that meat once it is cooked.

You can do that. Just thaw them out in the fridge.
If you have a sharp knife or electric knife, you can cut them frozen. That would be ideal.
