Im 169cm and 14 weeks ago I was 62kg, now I am 58kg and I have lost 6% body fat, how???
I run 3 days a week with two weeks of building up distance then one week of slower runs, eg. Wk 1- 30min, 40min, 60min, wk 2- 40min, 45min, 65min, wk 3- 20min, 20min, 30min.
The days in between I do a light weight session(25min) then swim 12laps of a pool.
You are only 50kg though, you probably dont have much weight too loose.
If you are not increasing your distances though, you are not pushig yourself and you may have plateaued...

What is the cause? - i have been running for months
3 times a week, 20 mins, not constantly
What can i do?? Run 6 days a week, work up to 1 full hour of exercise
Is running on the treadmill or along the road better? - don't matter
Like lose weight faster? - What?

The cause for you not losing weight is probably because you're building as much weight as you would've lost. You could try and build the length of time you've run for, to, say, 25 minutes, or increase the speed you run at. Running on the treadmill might be better to run on if you're not preparing for any races (since you say you just want to lose weight), as it's a flat surface and you can't get sick unless the treadmill is outdoors. Running along the road can make you have a cold and\or it could hurt your ankles if there's a lot of up-hill or down-hill.

I agree with most of the above, if losing weight was appropriate. BUT, you're only 50kgs! so it sounds like you really dont need to lose weight at all. What is your fat percentage, or maybe your body mass index? can you show us a photo? Maybe you just want to tone up and get fit rather than lose weight?

though exercise can help, ultimately losing weight comes from taking in less calories than you use. if losing weight is your goal, you need to go to webmd and use the calorie calculator. take whatever it recommends and reduce it by 200 a day to lose weight. it is just a starting point, and you may have to adjust it to you.
what you'll find is healthy food is more filling and you can eat more for the calories you have. i would say if you havent lost you are eating too many calories.

When you run or walk for 1 mile you burn about 100 calories. It takes 3500 calories to lose 1 pound. So you need to exercise more consistently and you need to control the amount of calories you consume.
It doesn't matter whether you run on the treadmill or road or whether you walk or run fast the total calories are going to be the same.
Eat healthy, exercise regularly and you will begin to see progress.

Reading this I want to share something because I spent many years going from diet to diet without experiencing any real results until I saw Pams magic plan (just google it). Without a doubt the most weight loss that I have ever achieved and I am still trim to this day.
