if you are feeling well during the day I wouldn't worry about it. When your body decides it needs more sleep it will do it all by its self. Are you a very active person during the day? Some times, being ill with a cold, or just not being active enough will alter your sleep pattern. Also at your age, (I'm sure your tired of hearing this) your body is going to adjust itself often and easily, first try writing down your bed habits on a list, @ 10pm brush teeth, etc and read it after a week, also make a note about how you feel in the morning, this will help you spot any patterns that are either o.k or need tweaking. Are you O.K? fear and stress will also help keep yo awake at night, if you go to bed at 10 pm and wake up early @ 5 am, only stay in bed about 10 minutes, if you cant fall asleep again, get up and use the rest room, have a small drink of milk or CAFFEINE FREE soda pop or water, and go back to bed with something boring to read, but don't read for more than 5-10 minutes and then try to go back to sleep, if after 10 more minutes you haven't crashed yet, get up and take a shower and get ready for your normal day. Everyday that you don't sleep well take a short walk after you eat for the last time that day, just a few minutes will do, and don't exercise within an hour before bed.!

Yes, there is NO REASON you need to be staring at a screen for more than two hours a day if you're not an office worker.
The artificial lights we all depend on trick our bodies into thinking night is day - your body clock is compromised. That and the fact that there's no time on the internet means you stay up way later than your body wants to...
Like people have been saying:
- Limit the time you're online
- Get some SUN and AIR during the day, so your body gets back into sync with itself - go for a walk
- Cut down on caffeine and junk food, sugar (in candies, and when it's converted from salty junk too) messes with your hormones and can make you wired, then tired.

I basically sleep only 7 hours too and your eyes do get strained from spending longs hours in the computer. So try to lessen the hours you spend on your computer and also to get rid of your headaches go for a walk to exhaust yourself and sleep early, also drink tons of water.

Yes, spending too much time on the computer can give you eye strain which can result of sleeping difficulty. Try and spend less time on the computer and avoid coffee and sugary snacks. Drink lots of fresh water to keep hydrated and you should get a maximum of 6-8 hours sleep.

I think 6-7 hrs per day are really not that little. I think the length doesn't really count but the quality of sleeping counts more. Seems like you don't get that often. Maybe you can drink some soothing materials, like milk, etc. before you sleep, so maybe you can have a better sleep. And I think you should not play computer for so long.

You need to eat breakfast everyone morning, eat healthy and get a lot of exercise, drink plenty of water. That should help in getting at least 8 hours of sleep a night.

it can be because you might to much sleep and your body is restless, what you said about teens should at least 10 hrs. might not suit you, every persons body is different. one thing that might help is exercise. when you exercise or play some sort of sports, your body will naturally want to rest on its own. as far as the headaches, you may be dehydrated so drink more water. hope this helps.

See your health care provider and you need less time on your computer, more time for exercise plus proper diet, weight control program. And 6 to 7 hours are adequate for school pupils and have your parents supervision while exercising and i wish you good luck in your future.

Yes, limit yourself to one hour on the computer a day, then lay down an hour or two earlier than you have been. Eventually your body will learn to fall asleep then that way.
