First of all, keep drinking plenty of water to break down the alcohol in your system.
When you find the room spinning, focus your eyes on one stationery spot. This will eventually bring everything back into focus.
Hope this helps.

Time is the only thing that works. Drink plenty of water before lying down. It will pay off if you hurl or help control dehydration.

If you are lying in bed, put your foot on the floor to brake the spin.

It is not the room spinning. It is the chemical changes that taken place in your body. Your body has become toxic. Giving you that spinning effect.

Lie down on abed and sleep.
If that doesn't work then eat bread to soak up the alcohol in your stomach.
And drink water.

Sometimes it helps to lie on the bed and let one leg drape off where you can put a foot on the floor.
