Ok he got 5 charges all together....all misdimenors. Menacing, criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, unlawful entrapment, and endagering the welfare of a minor....he got released without bail! His court date is 12/29....what can I do to make sure he goes to jail?

Sorry to hear this horrific news. It is sad people act so. Make sure you get a restraining order, and testify at the grand jury. ROR...umm This I don't understand, the actions of this creature is beyond contempt. I hope he gets the book thrown at him. Chances are since the infractions are of a violent nature, he will get some jail time, the amount will depend of his past record. Stay safe, keep 911 ready.

You will be subpoenaed to court to testify as the victim/witness.

Make sure you talk to the prosecutor before court and let them know your desire to see this offender spend some time in jail after having traumatized you and your child.

There are no excuses for this type behavior and most courts frown deeply upon this type of behavior.

Let the judge know how you feel!

Make sure you appear at the court sate and get a restraining order on him for sure. You do this and the next time he comes near you-JAIL it is for this psycho!

what you need sweetie is a gun. and the next time he comes to your house, you "feel threatened" you put a few holes in him and his record will corroborate whatever you say happened.
