yes, the "God" within you always hears your prayers and answers in accordance with the strength of your desire to have them answered and your human ability to do so.

If God didn't answer the prayers of sinners, no one could ever be saved. We all start out as sinners praying for forgiveness and grace.

There is one prayer that God will answer sinners who are not Christians that is when a sinner admits he is a sinner and he confesses from his heart Jesus Christ to be his Lord and Savior. In respect of other prayers of sinners who are not Christians God cannot answer because such sinners have no status to pray in Jesus' name. God will answer the prayers of Christians who sin because they can always pray in Jesus' name.

Yes and no. There are some requirements for prayer that JESUS showed us. For a sinner that does not have a relationship with GOD, there is only one prayer that GOD is going to answer and that is repentence. For more on the requirements, see the prayer page at my source.

Of course He does as long as the heart of the sinner is sincere in what he is praying.. Some times His answer is YES ..sometimes it is NO..sometimes it is WAIT,THE TIME IS NOT RIGHT or WAIT,I HAVE SOMETHING EVEN BETTER IN MIND..we must not tell God what to do but ask Him to show us his will.. The bible says that God does not listen to sinners, but if you repent of your sins and come to God with a humbly heart he will forgive you and wash your sins.
