Well about a week and a half ago, I did stock at work, nothing out of the usual. I picked up some heavier boxes, but nothing insane, and I didnt feel any pain until later that night, about 5 hours. We went to see a movie and when I got up it was horrible. It is only on the left side, and it is righ where my back and butt meet. And yesterday, it was kind of like pulsing when i sat a certain way.
Well about two days ago, I felt numbness in my toes, and i thought maybe my sock was too tight or something cutting off the circulation. Well, I get the numbness now without socks or anything. What could this be, and how can I help it.
Also, when I sneeze and cough it causes my back SO much pain right in that spot.
Sometimes its worse than other times as well. And the simple task of getting up off a chair or laying down kills!

Maybe it's time you started looking for a chiropractor? You'll be able to get sent for x-rays if necessary and they can also teach you how to move to relieve the pain at home and also re-align whatever you threw out & some chiropractors have the massage therapy there too. I've got Fibromyalgia (making it easy to 'overdo it') and the pain of getting up & down was much like yours with numbness in my toes & I've had that kind of throbbing where my back meets the rear end too. After I started seeing the chiropractor, my life got more functional.

Sounds like it might be pressure on your siatic nerve. Try getting on hands & knees, flex your back up as far as possible like a camel hump, hold it a bit, then arch the other way as far as possible. try to isolate the movement as much as you can to your hips, tilt it in both directions.
You can also try lying on the floor on your back. Pull your knee up and over to the opposite shoulder, as close as you can, this also helps relieve pressere on lower spine. Be sure to do both sides.
