THE HOME IS ON A SLAB 2,042 SQ FT 3BD, 2 BTH,2CAR GAR ALSO HAS A TRANSFERRABLE WARRANTY .SMOKE ALARMS BRICK, SIDING WOOD CENTRAL AIR HEAT STORM DOORS, CORNER LOT ,PRIVACY FENCE WITH POOL. I WAS TOLD NOT TO MENTION POOL IS THAT TRUE?

Check the prices verses coverage. I found rates from $300 to $1600 per year. In the end, one of the lower prices had more coverage (and was a big name company). Not mentioning the pool could come back to haunt you.

Any insurance should be good as long as they will replace your home if something happens....make sure you read the fine print.........Determine what it would cost to replace your home and call different companies to get quotes.....I would tell them everything including the pool - because they are probably going to come take photos anyway if they insure you.
