Lately I can't seem to hold anything with my left hand. I drop everything. There's no pain or numbness but it does seem to be increasing in frequency. Is there a cure?

You would need to be evaluated by a neurologist to determine what is causing this before a cure can be considered. If the problem is caused by nerve damage, some damage is permanent and some is reversible.

Butterfingers? Have you tried switching to margarine? Seriously, Butterfingers in England means being clumsy. What you mean is an overactive sweat response (I think). This can be ured by cutting nerves in your underarm and wrist.
