how long i have to wait to get us Citizenship i married to us Citizen since 3 years and live outside usa?

According to the US Citizenship and Immigration Services website, you are generally not eligible for naturalization (citizenship) if you have not maintained a continuous residence in the US. Here are the requirements for residency:
Residence and Physical Presence
An applicant is eligible to file if, immediately preceding the filing of the application, he or she:
* has been lawfully admitted for permanent residence (see preceding section);
* has resided continuously as a lawful permanent resident in the U.S. for at least 5 years prior to filing with no single absence from the United States of more than one year;
* has been physically present in the United States for at least 30 months out of the previous five years (absences of more than six months but less than one year shall disrupt the applicant's continuity of residence unless the applicant can establish that he or she did not abandon his or her residence during such period)
* has resided within a state or district for at least three months
You do not appear to meet the requirements right now, but you may want to call a US embassy and speak to someone who understands the laws better, in case there are any exceptions to the rule. I doubt there are, but it can't hurt to try. See the attached link for other requirements. Good luck!

Before you can be a U.S. citizen, you have to be a permanent resident.
It is possible to become a permanent resident of the US in any of five ways: through the petition of a close relative, by a successful application for political asylum, through the petition of an employer, or a petition to have your work recognized as in the national interest, or by winning the annual green card lottery.
If you live outside the U.S., and you are married to a U.S. citizen, then your spouse can submit Form I-130 to immigration in order to start the immigrant visa process. You will need to apply for an immigrant visa outside the U.S. After the I-130 is approved, it will be forwarded to the U.S. visa office closest to your home.

Well if your outside the USA then your gonna have to wait forever. You have to be in the USA for at least 5 years.
