ok so i am 17 and i live in Texas. i just graduated from high school this dec. and i have a job. i am engaged to this 29 year old. my parents are fine with his age, and they approve of us. i was living with him but my parents didnt know. and when i moved back home due to other issues, i asked my mom if i could move back out when i graduated to go live with him. so i was wondering if there is anyway i could move in with him, without getting him in any kind of trouble. and id it true that 6 months before you turn 18 you are considered legal? my 18th birthday is this coming april.

The age of consent in Texas is 17. So it is completely legal for you to move in with him.

Exactly. What is your hurry. You're still young. Is he pressuring you? No offence to him, but you're not even out of school, I'm sure he can find a girl his own age. You need to live by yourself first before you move straight from your parents house and in with the boyfriend. You'll get a rude shock when dinners not on the table, your washing isn't done and you don't get pocket money. Have a long hard thing about it first.

Why not marry him? You love him enough to live in his house and do all the things that married couples do? What's the sense in not getting married? If he really loves you, he'd do the honorable thing and marry you. Otherwise, he's just getting a free maid and free sex on the side without having to commit to you. No guy is worth that, whether you're Miss Morality or not!

Well I guess I may be missing something in your question. You said you asked your Mom if you could move back out when you graduated and they approve of him.

So did she say NO? If they approve of him then whats the deal with sneaking?

If you are in Texas you are legal age. Maybe you dont really want to move in with him.

What does an almost 30 year old guy want with a teenager? Oh, well....I mean besides the obvious. It shouldn't be fine with your parents. It isn't fine with the law! You are about to get yourself in one fine mess!!!!!
