Most of the countries in the World are English spoken.

English is the main language in: USA, UK, Ireland, Canada, Australia, South Africa and New Zealand.
There might be more though.

I was born in egypt but lived in the uk since I was 13 now I'm 35 .to be honest I have experienced lots of racisim from the British ,Europeans Asians orientals Latin and even from Egyptian people .. I don't know why people show disrespect towards certain people who look weak or unwell .

Actually, i believe you can name those countries whose citizens don't speak English - like Japan, Hongkong, China, Taiwan, etc
English is considered to be a major language for breakthrough discussions on education, trade, etc.
