Absolutely not!!!!!!!!!! She could choke!!!!!!!!! Besides, that is not respecting her proper boundaries. Nobody likes to be teased or harrassed while they are chewing!

It is not okay. It would embarrassing to see someone getting tickled while eating. If this would happen to a extremely ticklish person, this person will poke your eye out with a fork or spitting food all over the table and other people's faces as a sign of defense. Be careful. It is your fault if the bolus (Digested food) goes into her trachea (Choking)? You would be responsible for doing such act. Also you are crossing the line of privacy which may even humiliate her. She might not like you anymore after this. She would even end your relationship right after this incident. Think first before you act. Like I typed, you will be responsible with your actions. No one will defend you but yourself. Always think on the possible circumstances.

I've had a couple of fun times involving under-the-table tickling during meals, but through common sense it hasn't ever occurred during the actual consumption of food, but has been limited to a time when the victim has been participating in conversation.

This could become a new lifestyle for you. You enjoyed the belly rub, eh? ;) I've known people who have put on lots of weight with food related relationships. If she has a fetish and wants you bigger, you could go along with it, sure you might become rather chubby ;) even larger if she's lucky but you'd have a cute girlfriend that you love, treating you like a king :D sounds pretty amazing, hehe. If I were you I would let her fatten me up but it's up to you and depends what kind of lifestyle you want to live.

I say absolutely it's okay, provided that she's eating something really messy like ice cream. As soon as she's about to take a bite...boom! Attack! If you're lucky, she'll cram the entire ice cream cone into her face and hilarity will ensue!
But seriously, the more likely scenario is for you to find the ice cream cone jammed into *your* face. Frustrating as it may be to delay the joys of tickling, it's probably best to plan your tickle sessions around meals.
