There is a unlimited Day Pass for MTR for HK$50 per person per day and its available for purchase online. Fares using octopus card are: HK$3.6 to HK$6.6 for Island Line. For Cross Harbour on Tsuen Wan Line is from HK$7.7. Fares for Tsuen Wan Line on Kowloon Side is HK$3.6 to HK$8. For other lines and the cash fares, visit the source below.

You can buy an octopus pass at the airport. They need a deposit of $50. on your credit card and you will get a refund when you leave.

You can just buy an octopus card. If possible, use the bus instead, it is cheaper.
