organic food eats and cooks just like conventionally grown food. The big difference is how it was grown. Organic foods will have no synthetics, no GMO's, no antibiotics or growth hormones, No sewage sludge.

So look for for food that is certified organic by the USDA (if you are in the US) and stick with whole foods. Since local is the new organic (and a lot of us local growers are growing organically even though we no longer certify our farms) look into buying your food form as local a source as possible, these websites have a lot of local farms listed where you can buy good things to eat.

If you don't know how to cook whole foods you will need to learn that skill first and you will need to buy some cooking equipment so you can deal with the food.

I would suggest buying a few cookbooks that deal with whole foods/organic foods. Amazon has hundreds of them listed

I lost 55 pounds and 5.5 inches from my waist by cleansing my body. I used a great system that gives the body nutrition and also helps to cleanse it of the toxins, chemicals, pesticides and preservatives. good luck with those goals, you can do it if you want it bad enough!
