You are entitled to apply for a divorce after you have been separated for 1 year. The hearing will happen a few weeks later, and after the hearing there is a further delay of 1 month until the divorce becomes final. So about 14 months from the date of separation.

depends if there is property,kids and if you both agree on everything
some Filipinos use marriage to get into Australia then divorce their Australian husband and stay in the country,if this is the case with you make sure of your legal rights to stay if you divorce
