it could also be referred Tooth-ache. How's your dental health?
when I had abscessed teeth (yes, plural) it hurt my ears, neck and throat. I too thought it was an ear infection unti the tooth REALLY took hold, then By golly I knew Exactly What it Was!!
Take some paracetamol and see if it settles. Sleep on the sore side. If it is an ear infection, any ooze can seep out onto your pillow (put a towel over your pillow just in case).
But you may need to see a doctor or dentist eventually. In Australia your local Public Hospital can help.
Repetitive ear infections can and do cause lasting damage.

If you have a fever you most likely have an ear infection and need antibitotics - there are no home remedies.
If you have ear pain with no fever you are really congested on the inside (I have had this for 4 weeks). Take Nyquil and night and Dayquil or Tylenol sinus in the day. Don't swallow any snot - blow your nose. This should work - try and treat the symptoms and the probably will eventually go away. I am just now getting over mine. Also, hot tea with lemon is good.
Hope you feel better.

I've heard of a few home remedies for earaches:
1) Grind up some Holy basil leaves to extract the juice. Place a couple of drops in the infected ear.
2) Place a couple of drops of garlic juice into the ear
3) Place a couple of drops of a vinegar and water solution into the ear. (use 1 part water to 1 part distilled white vinegar)
4) Place a couple of drops of hydrogen peroxide into the ear
If it is a severe earache, then do not attempt these remedies. Go to the emergency room; you can pay later. I am not a doctor nor have I ever tried these myself.

I Think the only way is to see a doctor.....
Don't you have Parents, or friends that can take you there?
They really helped me when i had it.Treatment for the early stages of swimmer’s ear includes careful cleaning of the ear canal and eardrops that inhibit bacterial growth

Ears prone to infections can lead to symptoms such as fever, irritability, and sleeplessness. According to research or other evidence, the following steps may help keep your ears clear:
