R32 GTS-T wasnt picking fault R34 has the GTT .
A few factors are that the R32 is an older car a lot older,an another to remember is until very recent times Japanese car a,makers where only able to make cars less than 300bhp,this is why you see the scooby,evo ,skyline below 300bhp,but knowing this wasn't that fast for a Japanese super-car,they released most models above this,and to be even more crafty they made there engines run lower than they actually are able to run at,
This of cause is the reason for tuners to buy these sort of machines in general.The Skylines are popular in many reasons ,but a main factor is the engine running at true figures will run at its true power of around 500bhp with stock internals .Often these car are overlooked due to the power on paper looking low.And are unaware of there true power.
So your both right as stock the Skyline is running under power.But with weight etc who knows but running true and agin with its weight it is a supercar.
