You wake up every morning, breathe in and out, and go through your day the best you can. You sleep every night, and get up and start over. And while you are getting over and struggling through the pain of a miserable breakup, you figure out who YOU are. Without him or any other man by your side. You get to ask yourself the important questions, like which movie you want to watch, which news show is the best, which kind of potatoes you would like with your steak. And you are the only one that will answer.
Trust issues and low self-esteem do not get fixed by having a boyfriend. they get fixed by finding yourself, developing life-long friendships, and having things that you are proud of yourself about. When you are over these issues (at least more than you are now...it will always be a struggle you will face), then you can have relationships that are much more meaningful, and you'll meet somebody better than your ex. It will happen.
Good luck.

he has a new girlfriend and no matter what he is not going to leave her for you. He was right, forget about him and move on life is too short to feel that way, who know Price charming is waiting for you, the earlier you forget about him the better. I know is not easy but at least give it a try. Also do prefer to be around people a lot, it will help keep his thoughts away.

Yeah you really have low self esteem. You are trying to fix yourself to be with him and what he wants. Try counseling. You need to want to help yourself for you, not because some guy says you should. In regard to him, you need to move on, he has. Have more respect for yourself than to beg a man to be with you.

Your question is so mixed-up, it barely makes sense. Sounds like you either need to start being honest with yourself... or get some therapy.

Get some therapy and move on.. He has already moved on, so it is time for you to start healing and get on with your life too.

i advise counseling. heal yourself like i'm trying to do. it takes time. but you need to build yourself for tomorrow. be grateful you are friends with him. it could be worse.
