I am now wearing an eyeglasses my grade is 300 (near sightedness) but i am wearing an eyeglasses that has a grade of150 (near sighted) are there any possibilities that my normal eye can be restored ?

I think you the question you are trying to ask is whether using half strength glasses will reverse your myopia.
The answer is no. Wearing or not wearing glasses will not change your need for them or affect the progression of myopia.

I would think corrective surgery.
I have horrible eyesight. It has worsened every year since I was a little kid. I can't even see anything clearly unless it is right in front of my face.
But because I have astigmatism (spelling?), I can't et the surgery needed to improve my vision.
So, if you wat to fix your eyes with surgery, ask the doctor if it's possible. If you have some sort of eye problem, it probably won't be. :(
