Hi Ghanou ,
First of all i would suggest you not to go with free domain name stuff, as they don;t give enough support and all when you host your website, Yes there are some hosting companies which will give you free domain names if you buy a hosting package with them, you can simply search on google or yahoo for free domain names.

Microsoft offers a free domain name, but there are some restrictions or you can get a domain name for as little as $1.89 at http://nkuw.com
