ok so i have been recently employed as the environmental person for the school but i need to come up with some ideas for the school. they all ready have a paper recycling program and a water gtank but thats about it???
any suggestions

Maybe plant more vegetation around the premises? Or how about starting a club? Maybe a greenhouse for students and staff to use or even for the club to use?

Compact flourescent light bulbs! They last over 6 years( I have 4 that I put in in 1991 still going!) they do not produce heat, they use far less electricity and they give a more natural light. And they give the same light brightness! Not to mention that you don't have to replace them all the time.
