Right now with "Bush's War" the prime target for Liberals and Democrats (same party just Liberals are extreme Left). With all their shouting and demanding a withdrawal plan, an exit strategy, a time line for redeployment, etc, no one wants anyone to remember that we still have troops in Bosnia. Troops that were originally put there by Pres Bill Clinton with the age old promise of "They'll be home by Christmas". With what (?), over 10 years now, there is no news; zero, zilch, nada, about what is going on there, what our troops are doing there, how many are there, how long they will remain there, why they are even there any more. The Democrats only want to Focus on Bush's use of the military, but ignore what Clinton did with them and the open ended commitment he made.

Many soldiers served in Bosnia and still do under the UN peacekeeping force, and have since the 90's.
