It shouldn't be any problem. Did you know you can buy conditioner for dogs hair. I groom dogs and we always use conditioner after shampooing.
Bathing too often can cause more damage to hair and skin than a blow dryer.

U should be alright as long as your not to close and the heat to high it will make his coat fluffy and shiny !

I HAVE BLOW DRIED MY DOGS FUR AFTER I BATHE THEM SO THEY DO NOT GET COLD SINCE IT IS WINTER AND THERE COAT IS JUST AS SOFT AND SHINY AS EVER
