as a minor, having sex with someone more than 2 years different in age would make you legally a 'sexual deviant' and you would be labelled as a sex offender until you are 18 or older if you are tried as an adult...keep it close in age if at all!

Human biology allows for sex at any time after puberty. It even encourages you to have intercourse. It is totally natural to want to have sex. By the age of 16 most people have tried it. So, no, there is absolutely nothing wrong with wanting to have sex.
Sex with the younger person is a different story. I'd say that at your age 3 years is a huge difference. Stay within 1 year for your own good.
And use a condom or you will regret it.

It is entirely up to you. Do not worry what other people think. When I was 15, I sat down with my mother and discussed it. We both decided that I could have sex after my 16th birthday. I felt good about the decision and waited till then. My mother, my aunt and my older sister held a wonderful birthday party for me, and we all knew that it marked a point in my life when I was becoming a young woman. After that, I enjoyed being sexually active my last two years of high school and all the way through college, and then as I pursued a career. But, I did not go into it conflicted or unsure of myself. I went in at age 16, eager to become a sexually active young woman.

in some states it is called rape to have sex with some one more then two years different in age and be underage yourself.
Is it wrong, no it's fine, dogs do it a 6 mos. but then they are dogs and don't have any morals to have to think about.
I waited tell I was 20, then i felt bad about it. I did it for all of the wrong reasons, I just wanted to try it was my reason. I learned that with sex came a lot of head games from myself and from others too. sex is not just fun to do and it is over. It last for years in your mind, well for me it has.
Sex should be for the right reasons, to join to people together as one, for personal reasons, for companionship, for love or to make baby's. yes it is wrong and right, but then what is wrong for you now is right in a few years too. keep learning is all I can say if you don't know now!

Do you mean three years younger than sixteen? Or being 18-19 and having sex with a sixteen year old? If the latter, then no its not wrong. There's absolutely no reason to say otherwise other than religious dogma.

I'm not going to tell you if it's wrong or not, because I had [pressured] sex right when I turned 16, biggest mistake ever. And I regret it. I do think you are too young if you are under 16 and should really watch yourself. Although it may not bother you now...later down the line you'll meet someone special and feel used and wasted. It isn't worth it if you haven't found the perfect person. Please just be smart about it. :)

No.
Love everyone around you, just be very careful and use protection. There shouldn't be rules in society about when a 'right' time is to have sex. Live your life to the fullest and enjoy everything around you.
You're going to get answers telling you it is wrong because you are young. It's not their choice. Life is beautiful and don't miss out on anything you want to do because it is labeled as 'wrong'.
Peace

its wrong in a way just depends who it was with.
if your in a relationship for a few years then course it would be fine if the person was the same age as you or whatever but it usualy is much better to wait.
just to wait for the right person so neither of you end up getting hurt.
so just take it slow from now on till your 18 then there is nothing illegal or anything about it.

What country/culture are from? I am in US, and 16 is a bit young, but certainly not unheard of. But with partner any younger....I would have to say this is too young. 12, 13, 14 year old child is, in my opinion, too young to begin sexual relaionship. Not mature enough or emotionally capable of true consent.

ok i think it is fine as long as u dnt force anyone in to doing anything they dnt want to do......... when i was 13 and i had sex with a 15 year old and it was quite enjoyable cause he was older, maturer, new what to do and didnt take advantage of me cause of my age.........
but if u do it with some one htat is 1-2 yrs younger i guess thats better as they understand more the concept of sex and pain
