No, I wouldn't be intimidated, in fact I would be turned on if she was older than me. Preferably, 10-20 years older.

my wife is 2 years older than me, but , at our age (50&52) it really doesn't count. For the answer to this question to mean anything you really need to specify the age difference (2years between 10&12 is a lot more than 50&52). another important factor is what kind of relationship are you talking about. a 12 year old boy would have major bragging rights if dating a 16yr old but it probably wouldn't be a good relationship.
