Over the last three weeks I have personally consumed around 50 Mangos. That's a lot of mangos... but they are in season.... so I eat htem fresh, blend them with rum and drink them and I also kind of smear them in....

On Christmas eve I bought 5kg of fresh cherries... there are still a handful left if you would like some. I really like cherries too! Everybody likes cherries...

I made this for dessert for Christmas dinner! Everyone liked it* I love all fruits!!!
2 small packages (3 ounces each) cream cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup heavy cream, whipped
1/2 cup maraschino red cherries, quartered
1/2 cup green maraschino cherries, quartered (or use all red)
1 can fruit cocktail (16 or 20 ounce size), drained
2 1/2 cups mini marshmallows(I used the colored ones)
PREPARATION:
Beat together the cream cheese and mayonnaise. Fold in whipped cream, cherries, drained fruit cocktail, and marshmallows. Pour into a 1-quart freezer container. Garnish with additional maraschino cherries.
Freeze fruit salad until firm.

They are on my contact and fan list and I answer their wonderfully quirky questions and they answer my bland ones.
I'm ever so grateful.
On a more serious note : I love Strawberry , Mango, and Pineapple.( and a whole list of other fruits)
Usually as they come, as great fruit needs nothing else.
But often in my yogurt in the morning.
Have a great new year moon.

I am a sucker for a really ripe mango, I eat it straight off the pit after I peel it. I like seedless watermellon too. yummy. I like to infuse watermellon with rum or vodka. You put a hole in the side, as big as the mouth to the bottle, and place in the mellon. Let it sit for atleast 24 hours. longer is better. Makes awsome blended drinks that way. I also enjoy kiwi, berries, you name it I probably like it.
