Hello,
this is really strange but just when I am about to orgasm it feels like someone presses the mute button inside my head where my body orgasms but my mind does not. My mind feels like it goes blank sort of like it’s on the mute button has been pressed in my head which prevents me from having an orgasm.
I have tried keeping my mind busy with fantasies but it still happens and I have not been able to orgasm since...
please help

If you're having trouble reaching orgasm, talk to a doctor. Seriously; there are a lot of sexual dysfunctions that can be cured relatively easily these days, but you're not likely to find the answer on the 'Net. If you're shy about this, remember that your doctor has seen/heard far stranger things from patients. If you don't see your doctor, you won't get the help you need. Is embarrassment worth being anorgasmic?

Sounds like you are with the wrong person, if you need to fantasize all of the time in order to orgasm. Usually you are concentrating on the feelings you are getting from the act itself, if you are with someone you truly care about.
