Not much you can't do with mangoes - make a mango smoothy, mango icecream, mango tart, mango daiquiri - mangoes can be used in salads, in curries, in chutneys. Heaps of things to do with mango!!

Mangoes are probably the nicest tasting fruits, but I don't think they are good for diabetics and they do put on weight.

No it's NOT..... we must care enough all things here on earth because GOD created it. All creatures created by GOD is useful and that's why we have to care for it. Thus, it is not a sin to care about mangoes.
