If you are feeling...
Healthy:
Try a fruit smoothie with yogurt, and whatever fresh fruit you like, and some juice. Or Oatmeal with dried fruit, brown sugar, and or cinnamon.
Hungry:
Try waffles with fresh fruit, wipped cream, and my secret waffle must have, peanutbutter and syrup. You could also make a breakfast burrito with a warm flour tortilla wrapped around scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, beans, rice, cheese, salsa, sour cream, gaucomole, and salsa fresca (whatever of the above you like)
In a rush:
Try toasting a whole wheat english muffin or bread and spreading peanutbutter, honey, bananas, and granola on top (again whatever you like).

Coffee and a Donut is a good way to start the day. The idea is to get your Blood sugar up to allow you to have energy for the beginning of the day. That is why they call it Break Fast, you are breaking the all night fast for when you were asleep. Have a Great Day and don't forget Lunch and Dinner.

Stick with something simple. Some fruit, not too much though, it's high in sugar & can through off your blood sugar. something like oatmeal without milk is excellent. Even just vegetables.
This will give you energy without slowing you down or clogging you up.
