Gor started as a series of novels, which broke out into roleplay, which broke out into actual lifestlyes of people.
It promotes that all women truly wish to be slaves, and that all men should stand up and be Masters.
Even though it is possible for a woman to be "free" that just means that she's tough and is waiting to be enslaved by the right guy.
But all women born-slaves remain slaves, as far as I understand. And once slaved you may not run away, else be deemed an outlaw and are allowed to be killed on sight.

Definitely more rights on Gor. On Gor women are allowed to be and encouraged to be a woman. And, as a woman she ultimately controls men no matter what her station, be it free companion or slave.
In Islam you will be sentenced to 250 lashes after being gang raped because you were in public without a proper male escort.

According to Muslims, Allah, the God of Islam, is God.
If you are asking if Chrsitian women have more rights than Muslim women, it depends on the individual woman and her environment.
Some devout Muslims, and some devout Christians, are moderate and reasonable in their beliefs.
Others take the view that if something is fun or pleasurable, the thing has got to be forbidden in the Bible or the Koran.
Some Christian women, for example, are told not to wear makeup. Others aren't. Some Muslim women are told to wear a veil. Others aren't.
I'm Christian, by the way.

Women in Islam
Their Status, their Rights and dispelling the Misconceptions
Misinformation and misconception about Muslim women proliferate in the world today among non-Muslims and Muslims. We hope that instead of falling into the typical stereotypes and cultural innovation, the information here will pique your interest and help you to understand the true stance Islam takes on gender issues and the role of women.
For Muslim men and women, for believing men and women, for devout men and women, for true men and women, for men and women who are patient and constant, for men and women who humble themselves, for men and women who give in charity, for men and women who fast (and deny themselves), for men and women who guard their chastity, and for men and women who engage much in God's praise -- for them has God prepared forgiveness and great reward. [The Holy Qur'an, Chapter 33, Verse 35 ]
Her position in early Islam was really an exemplary one, one that should be studied and known by every woman as well as every liberationist in the twentieth century--in America as well as in the Muslim World. The Muslim woman, if she is true to the principles of her religion, has lessons in equality to teach the Westerner, and her descendants in the East have to learn anew the role demanded of them by their religion. Orientalists and orientals zealous for modernization should cease to put the blame on Islam, a blame which instead deserves to fall on their own ignorance of the faith and on the political and social decline which their nations suffered in the past. -- Lois Lamya Al-Faruqi Women, Muslim Society and Islam
Hence it should not be a surprise that for every 10 converts to Islam 7 are women.
