First of all fill your fridge with healthy food.
Eat at home and not out.
When you want to go out make sure you're full so that you don't get tempted.
I would read all about the harm that it could cause to convince my self to stop.
Good luck.

It's not addicting at all. You can live without junk food. HOw about adopting some healthy eating habits? You'll be much happier and healthier in the long run.

Your body is craving energy, a quick boost, and, unfortunately, you're falling for it. You see, junk food is packed with sugars, which is a quick source of energy and tastes good, too, so you will want to grab that first.
Try some fruits or granola bars instead.

Eat more fibre. You'll be too full to eat anything else. Fibre includes lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, bran, oats and other cereals.

Stop buying it, and if someone else you live with is buying it ask them to keep it in their own room.
You have a choice to stuff it in your face or not, so make your choice and stick to it one way or another.
