Is there a way a person who has MS paint can make a watermark? Like transparent?

A friend needs a watermark, and they have MS paint, is there a way they can make one there, or can I make one on Photoshop (transparent) and let them use that?

tell your friend to get the GIMP, then they can make their own...and do more.

The only thing mspaint is good for is for taking up space. Just use photoshop.
