Unfortunately you cannot stop your hair growth. You can do three things. Keep dying your hair every 6 weeks. Let ot grow au naturale, or shave it all off.

It grows the same rate as women's, it's just more noticeable because it's usually a lot shorter. So I guess they have to do it more often.
