Theres a guy I've been flirting with regularly, and he flirts back. I can tell that he likes me, and I like him. We hang out at parties and stuff. How can I clue him into the fact that we should take it to the next level and get him to ask me out?

I think that the answer is who is holding back, and the aggressive nature should work to make it move faster. Plant a nice kiss on him (aside) and make the point on maybe we should hook up by doing something together. I use to take the initiative a lot of the time. I guess if the female wants to speed it up, I wouldn't mind the change.

Ask him out to coffee or dinner. You will get your answer. Depends on how close you are to the guy and the type of relationship you have with him. Going to a romantic movie always set the tone for the next level in my case. Try it out! It can't hurt. Nothing gained nothing lost! You can give subtle clues hint about the situation.

This is bold but the next party you guys go out to, I'd say mention a movie, something new thats come out and say that you'd -love- to go see it. Maybe he'll catch the hint. Give him a chance to react to it. If he dosn't, continue to hang out and at the end of the ending, in a very very casual manner, ask him if he was interested in seeing the movie you guys were talking about earlier, that maybe you guys could go together ^.^

As a guy, here's my opinion on the matter. If your interested...ask him out. Any decent male in todays world should be able to handle the woman making the first move. I know plenty of guys who would find it a huge relief if the girl decided to make the first move rather than leaving all the pressure on when its ok to move to the next level on the guy

ask him if he has a girlfriend or random questions about yourself the could kind of hint him to the fact that you want to take it to the next level.

Hmmm..
If I were you I'd engage in a conversation with him.and then I'll say "Do you like me?" or something to that sort,and then the whole conversation will just go on naturally.
But be really sure he likes you first,or you'll just end up embarrassing yourself.

Maybe if you're friends with his best friend or another close friend of his then you could ask him to talk to this guy that you like...
Or you could get your best girl mate to do the same kinda thing...
