God and His angels don't need engines. They can be where ever they want to be in faster than speed of light.

I don't think God will make an engine for you because you want to test Him.

God created your internal organs, oxygen, water, sun, oceans, mountains, trees, plants, animals, insects and lastly intelligenct humans. Do you think creating engine for God is some thing extra ordinary.

Seems like you need to study about God the creator of Heavens and Earth and every thing in between the two.

Obviously, God isn't hampered by the laws of physics, so yes.

Efficiency has nothing to do with reliability.
