Swollen lymph nodes (which aren't a skin condition) can be because of an infection. Have you had any colds, fevers, or other infections lately? Alternatively they could be a sign of more serious diseases, some of which may be life threatening (like cancer).

I would see a doctor as soon as possible. There is no self-treatment.

EDIT: PS I read the other responses. Yes, they could be boils, which could have life-threatening complications if not handled the right way, or they could be swollen lymph nodes which could be even more dangerous. We can't diagnose it over the internet. Everyone's telling you to see a doctor, so you know what to do!

It is probably an ingrown hair or an irritant from the deodorant you use. Your lymph nodes are internal and would not sting when the deodorant is put on. The lymph you would feel from pressure you would put on the areas that they are inside your body. If you are stinging I bet ya it is external. If it is the lymph it could be several things, I would suggest seeing a Dr about it, swollen lymph can be an infection which would only be treated with antibiotics. I have had the problem you have had what I did is keep the arm pit extremely clean and also get deodorant for sensitive skin with no smell either.

^They shouldn't need to be popped.

It's very likely that your lymph nodes are swollen. Do you have an infection or cut anywhere else on your body? When you do, the nodes work harder to produce white blood cells, and this is why they enlarge.

Seeing the doctor is a good idea though.

Do you shave or pluck your hair there? Because if you do, they could be ingrown hairs. It's really normal and you can just wait for it to go away or you can just go to the doctor or a beauty supply or pharmacy and just tell them you have ingrown hairs and you want medicine to get rid of it. They will give it to you with all the instructions and stuff. It's not that big of a deal but if you don't shave or pluck your hair, it's somethng different and you NEED to go to the dermatologist or doctor and get it examined. Then they will give you the treatment you need. Good Luck

They could also be clogged sweat glands, especially if you use anti-perspirant.You may need to have them lanced and drained.
I would be more concerned with what caused them.If they ARE lymph nodes, then you must have infection somewhere.
Another possible maybe is a compromised immune system.
Get to the doctor. This requires medical intervention.

Lymph nodes (especially swollen ones) are nothing to mess with. Go to your Dr.. Do not blow this off as nothing.
