what would happen if i put a little pankake mix in my doughnuts mixture?

i think you would have a light cakie dough nut, give it a try ,that how new recipes start. good luck.

I don't think it would affect the dough per se, but it won't be as sweet as without the pancake mix. That's not necessarily a bad thing, just wanted to make sure you'd realize that.

I agree--sounds like a good idea. Will probably make it fluffier and lighter.
