" My computer is broken.", "Flash won't install on my computer" and "I get an error message." are examples of how NOT to get good tech support. Phrases like these don't tell us enough to figure out what is actually wrong.
Please re-post with a description of everything you see when you try to install it with all error messages, word for word, (if applicable) and your PC make & model, components (if applicable), and operating system used.
If your machine hasn't completely given up the ghost, reboot the darn thing FIRST, then see if you can re-create the problem, taking careful notes on everything YOU DO AND SEE on the screen along the way. Write down any and all error messages you encounter and don't leave out any of the "techno-gobbledy-goop", because that's more important than anything you can say.
Then, we can try to help.
