Sometimes it is and sometimes it is not. If you are feeling sorry for yourself all day then that is negative crying. If you are crying because the holy spirit heart is revealing Himself through your crying then it is good or if you are crying because you are being released from problems it is good. Too much grieving is not good but some grieving is healthy and we all cry for right and wrong reasons because we re human.

Yes, it's a natural way for the body to release pent-up emotions and heal the body. Feelings such as anger and grief, when kept inside, cause a lot of damage to the body in various ways. So, it is good too cry every once in awhile.

Yes it is good to cry. We are humans not robots. You cry when you are happy and you cry when you are sad and hurt. Sometimes you cry when you love someone and they make you so happy. Holding in your feelings only makes your heart suffer. Let it go and let the tears flow.

I like to cry when I feel the need. It releases whatever is bottled up inside , and the next day I usually feel relieved and better - even if not 100%.

I think so. You get to let your feelings out. I hate holding in my tears or holding back my feeling of wanting to cry. That hurts my throat. I think when you feel bad, the best thing to do is let it out and cry. It's like the first step in moving on.

Crying reduces stress and bottled up feelings and helps get rid of old baggage, we need to release and leave behind. Worry, unforgiveness, pain, anxiety ect.. will not help us lead the good productive life we all want to live.
