I'm wondering what age this is. I'm not sure it will really matter what person you have your first kiss with. It will be memorable anyway. Mine was on the stairs at middle school while I was taking the attendance slip to the office. The girl was going steady with one of the tough guys in school, and she was HOT. Made me feel like I was getting something over on the tough dude. That was 24 years ago and I can still remember the day like it was yesterday.
If you want to kiss a guy and the moments right, well then there you go. If you don't want to then don't.

As a father of 5 daughters I would remind you of a saying that was old when I was young. There are too many fish in the sea to keep the first one just to say "I caught one". Shop around for someone that you can be friends with for the long term. Don't be caught in the "I got one first" trap. And don't settle for any guy that you don't think is "The Best".
Oh, and one more little thing, talk to your dad about your choice because he will see your pick when you are not around and he may pick up on trouble before you.
I wish my oldest had listened because she married a guy that I warned her about and ended up in a very messy divorce.

Those are normal urges, but I think you know that..
Go slow and do not do anything until you are ready, explain that to him and if he cannot abide by that, if you get a bad feeling, walk.
Guys need to learn that girls usually see these things as very important, whereas some guys (not all) don't see the importance in 'making out', when it truly is a level of intimacy thats overlooked.
Good luck

then date around until you find the guy you would want to have your first kiss with. you can date someone and in the beginning just tell them you're not ready to kiss yet. resist the urge if your first kiss is really that important to you

The only way to make sure that your first kiss comes from someone you will be with long term, is to be with them a long time before you kiss them. And that really doesn't make much sense does it? Because it would be hard to get a really long term relationship going without kissing.

that is impossible to not age. although, you may ward off ageing (actual ageing technique) to a definite quantity. interestingly dark chocolate includes antioxidants that could desire to "ward off" ageing to a definite quantity. Mentally although, you may act in spite of age you choose for and lie approximately your age. Lol.

don't get with this boy. find someone else that is on you're level. you may think that's hard to do but believe me, it's not. if you can't find someone then maybe you're just not ready enough. you never know, maybe the person that you should be with is right infront of you!
