no.. orininally it was something like gingerale and now it is said sprite will help.. which isnt true..it only makes it feel worse... its just all sugar and crap that you dont need. drink water, or nothing at all.. you know what helps the most? Alka Selzer! a little tablet you put in water.. and vola! and if your throwing up.. drink strong black tea with no sugar.. and if your really hungry toast.

Does soda help fix an upset stomach?

Ginger ales help because ginger is a natural remedy for upset stomachs.
Clear sodas like sprite or 7-up are said to help but they work better if they are flat.

The carbonation can help you burp and release pressure. Basically the same effect as an alka selzer, just not a potent. But lighter beverages usually work better, ginger ale, 7up and the like.

But really it's not a sure fire cure. If you have any half way serious upset it won't do much for you.

yes if you drink the right stuff. For best results drink ginger ale. Ginger is known to help upset stomach or the next choice is sprite/sierra mist

But you have to SIP the pop because if you gulp it it will just make your stomach all bloated and wont help. Just take it easy and hope you feel better soon.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

Try sipping water for the next hour and eat fruit.
Try to avoid fizzy drinks, Cordial/Squash, Fatty foods, Sugary foods and salty foods until you feel better.
