ok i wanna put my pics online to get honest critiques were is the best place to do that?

Lots of good choices.
I use photobucket because I can link directly to my photo or portfolio.

Personally, I like Flickr the best. The other sights, like Photobucket do not have as many features. With Flickr, you can join groups to get your images out on the web, and the 100 GB a month space is quite generous.

Photobucket is good because of the free storage and direct linking they provide. You could start your own blog and direct link your pics from photobucket onto it. You could also join Flickr like someone else said or even Deviant art. Those sites have established groups that would be more than happy to provide feedback.
